You don’t need to remember multiple logins and passwords for each site you visit—only your Amazon user name and password. It’s a safe, secure, convenient way to shop online.

PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.
So you don’t have a Paypal account & want to pay by deibt or credit card – DONT WORRY! Select PayPal as your payment option then select the option to checkout as a guest. Here you will be prompted to enter your debit/credit card details. No PayPal account required.

0 -2kg – by Royal Mail Fully Tracked
Over 2kg up to 10kg – by Courier on a tracked and signed for service
over 10kg up to 20kg – £15.00 by DPD on a tracked and signed for service
Over 20KG will incur a £60.00 Charge
We also ship to the following countries below : (Maximum weight limit is 10kg)
France, Germany, The Netherlands and Belgium.
Italy, Portugal and Spain
Denmark & Sweden
Jersey & Guernsey
Ireland and Isle Of Man.
All postal charges will be calculated during checkout
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 – 2 working days of receipt. We use a week day service for all orders.
Wildlife World cannot be held liable for any item that has been dispatched within our stated time schedule but delayed due to the postal or courier services.
Please note we send items Monday – Friday only. We do not offer a Saturday courier delivery service. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent the next working day wherever possible.
Our aim is to provide our customers with a first class service and product but we do appreciate that sometimes things do go wrong. If you are unhappy with your order please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
We will accept returns on faulty items or items that have been damaged in transit, for a replacement or refund. Please contact us first to advise us of the problem.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason please contact us within 30 days stating your reason . Unfortunately we will be unable to refund any postage in these cases.
