Our Workshops

Wildlife World's workshops seem to keep spreading. The production, finishing and packing areas now cover 12,000 sq ft. Outside, the larch, oak and cedar is air dried.

THE ULEY TIGER

 

Wildlife World commissioned the building of the 'Uley Tiger' by Mark Baker. This industrial machine can convert waste cardboard into a strong, flexible, packing material in seconds. We were paying to have cardboard removed and buying bubble-wrap or corrugated cardboard at £100 per order. Since having the machine, we have been able to eliminate all the costs of these products, and the Tiger packaging material is better, more shock-absorbent, with no environmental impact.

 

Other machine options we looked at had only a small capacity, or took too long to operate (high operation costs).
